Strauss Dinner Show at the MIRAGE
1. PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE
This website provides information about Burlesque Spectacular and enables the booking of tickets for events organized by Tritsch-Tratsch Veranstaltungs GmbH.
2. USE OF THE WEBSITE & COPYRIGHT
Alle Inhalte dieser Website werden sorgfältig geprüft und regelmäßig aktualisiert. Für die Richtigkeit, Vollständigkeit und Aktualität wird jedoch keine Gewähr übernommen. Änderungen und Irrtümer sind vorbehalten.
Die Nutzung der Website erfolgt auf eigene Verantwortung. Verlinkte externe Seiten unterliegen nicht unserer Kontrolle; für deren Inhalte übernehmen wir keine Haftung.
Die Vervielfältigung, Verbreitung oder sonstige Verwendung von Inhalten dieser Website zu kommerziellen Zwecken ist ohne ausdrückliche schriftliche Genehmigung untersagt.

4. PRICES & FEES
All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT.
Any service or shipping fees will be shown separately during the booking process.
Prices may change until the booking is completed.
5. TICKET BOOKING & CONTRACT FORMATION
Bookings made through our website, by telephone, or via e-mail at
tickets@straussdinnershow.com
are binding.
After a successful booking, you will receive a confirmation and invoice via e-mail.
For group bookings, availability is checked first; a binding booking is only concluded when we send a confirmation.
6. PAYMENT METHODS & DUE DATE
Accepted payment methods are displayed during the booking process (e.g. credit card, instant bank transfer, PayPal, bank transfer).
Unless otherwise stated, the invoice amount is due immediately.
In case of non-payment, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the booking.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / EXCLUSION OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with § 18 (1) Z 10 FAGG, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for leisure services with a fixed date (e.g. events, shows, functions). Cancellation or refund of tickets already booked is therefore generally excluded.
Only one voucher or discount code can be redeemed per order. It is not possible to combine multiple vouchers and discount codes.
Vouchers:
There is also no right of withdrawal for vouchers ordered via our partner shop (e-guma voucher & ticket system / Idea Creation GmbH), as these are digital or mailed vouchers, which are excluded from withdrawal in accordance with § 18 (1) Z 2 and Z 11 FAGG. Once the voucher has been ordered, cancellation or refund is not possible.
Gift vouchers are only redeemable for the purchase of tickets.
Discount codes:
Discount codes are only applicable to regular full-price tickets. They cannot be combined with already reduced prices, special promotions or vouchers.
8. REBOOKING
A rebooking to another date is possible free of charge up to 48 hours before the event, subject to availability.
Returns or cancellations of e-tickets are excluded.
9. E-TICKETS & DELIVERY
E-tickets are sent to the e-mail address provided during booking.
The customer is responsible for ensuring their e-mail address is correct.
If physical shipping is offered, the method, costs, and delivery times are displayed during checkout.
10. TICKET LOSS & NO-SHOW
No replacement or refund is provided for lost, stolen, or unused tickets (e.g. due to late arrival).
11. TRANSFERABILITY & RESALE
Private transfer or gifting of tickets is permitted.
Commercial resale or use for advertising or marketing purposes is prohibited without explicit written permission.
12. ADMISSION CONDITIONS
Admission after the show has begun may be delayed until a suitable break or may not be possible.
Children under 5 years of age are not permitted.
Additional age restrictions may apply to specific performances.
13. PROGRAM CHANGES
Changes in cast, program, or schedule do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund or exchange.
14. FORCE MAJEURE & EVENT CANCELLATION
If an event is cancelled or postponed due to force majeure (e.g. official restrictions, pandemics), the organizer will offer an alternative date or credit voucher.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The organizer’s liability for minor negligence is excluded to the extent legally permissible.
Participation in the event is at the attendee’s own risk.
16. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
Customers must check their tickets immediately upon receipt (date, event, seating) and report discrepancies without delay.
17. HOUSE RULES
Es gilt die Hausordnung des Veranstaltungsortes.
Foto-, Film- und Tonaufnahmen sowie Handynutzung während der Show sind untersagt.
Garderobenpflicht für Mäntel, Jacken, Rucksäcke etc.
Tiere sind nicht erlaubt (Ausnahme: Assistenzhunde).
During events, photographs and video recordings may be taken by the organizer or authorized third parties. These recordings may be used for documentation purposes as well as for marketing and promotional activities (including website, social media, print materials and press coverage).
By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, guests consent to the use of images and audio recordings in which they may be identifiable for the purposes stated above, without entitlement to compensation.
If a guest does not wish to appear in such recordings, they may inform the event staff on site.
18. APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION
Austrian law applies exclusively.
The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, unless mandatory legal provisions require otherwise.
